Dish Realignment
A dish alignment problem can cause poor reception, particularly during bad weather, or even a complete loss of signal. A dish only needs to be 1 degree out of alignment for your reception to be affected so even if it was originally fitted correctly, ladders or high winds could have since knocked your dish out of alignment and causing signal problems.

If you're having problems with your digibox, your picture quality or reception we can send out one of our engineers to take a look.
